Giveaways, Gifts Idea and a Freebie

For all of you Blog Followers and Facebook Fans, I'm going to start giving away a special freebie to one of you each month. So on the 1st of each month I'll be choosing a random winner from my facebook and blog to recieve a free gift. So, If you aren't already a follower or a fan be sure to become one. You get all the latest up dates and happenings. On facebook you can even be part of discussions, keep updated on my daily happenings and have a chance to win even more freebies.

Here's a little gift idea for you all. Make 5x7 calendar cards, buy a cheapo plastic 5x7 frame, and stick your pages in the frame. I went ahead and made simple template for you. This one includes the January Title and Grid for 2010. I made a whole set of 5x7 templates that you can check out here in my store, they are a little different than this one (and you also get CD size with this set)....but I thought you might like this one to get you started. You can pretty much do whatever you want with it. The big picture can fade into the background. I wasn't sure what style I wanted so I just made two different cards, you can see them in the preview. One with some paper and elements and another with just a plain white background and no extras....still not sure which one I like better.
Download is Expired.
Here's the finished product. You can easily stick enough pictures for 12 months in the one frame and then simply take the picture out when you're on to the next month.

Some of you were lucky with my last freebie, I accidentally linked my latest products to the freebie. So you got #216-220. Well, Wendy was nice enough, she made a page with #218 and posted it on her blog. I asked the people who got it for free to make a layout and post it in some galleries. So, here you can see Wendy's page and here's a link to her blog and a list of the rest of the stuff she used for the page.

Hope you all are having a great weekend.

I WAS surprised when I unzipped the freebie and saw so many templates. I thought about it for a minute and just thought wow, she was really generous. I didn't suspect it was a mistake!

I will gladly make a layout as soon as I can and post to my galleries! Thanks so much!

I really love the photo you framed - the all white background looks wonderful with the b/w photo.

I wasn't one of the "lucky" ones to received the boatload of templates but am happy to see layouts showing how they can be used. I couldn't tell from the preview just what they were like.

I started to work on a LO but then I totaled my car Friday morning and haven't gotten back to it yet. (I'm a slow scrapper usually.) I LOVE them though and promise to put some more work into my LO.

And now I'm a FAN!!! :)

I downloaded the freebie and finally got around to playing with it and I love it as a gift idea...I am a little sad though that the ones in the shop aren't identical to this one though 'cuz I really like it! So simple and elegant. Keep up the good work!

I recently bought the calender set because I loved the freebie. The April grid (and copy) is missing numbers for April. What to do? Otherwise I love it!
