GSO Winner Announced!

Please join me and congratulating Evie (flutterbyefaery) on winning this month’s GSO!  Evie was up against some stunning competition this month but you the voters chose her lovely layout of her daughter as the best. We loved this layout for it’s mix of black & white and color photos, the stitched hearts and the bright pinks and greens. 

We got a chance to ask Evie about herself and this is what she said...

How long have you been digi-scrapping? 

I started digital scrapbooking about 5 years ago when I found a really cheap program at BestBuy that looked interesting. It had all the papers & elements in the program. Then several months later I discovered the whole digiscrap world on the internet and made the switch to a real editing program and real kits.

What is your favorite thing to scrap about?

I love to scrap my kids, of course. Unfortunately my son is very camera shy and my daughter would pose all day for me, so I have way more pages of her.

What is your favorite Liz product?

Just one? I'd have to say the Ying Yang collab set, but really anything with the photo blends! That's probably my favorite part of her templates.

If you were any digi-scrapbook item, which one would you be?

Hmmmm... I guess I'd be anything crocheted since that's my other favorite hobby besides scrapping. I've been crocheting for over 20 years now.
