50% OFF Journal Card Inspired Templates and Recyclables...plus a sneak peek and giveaway...

Today I have three older products for SOSN. The two sets of Recyclables are new to The Lilypad. Enjoy the 50% discount on these products today only: Wednesday April 13, 2016. Plus I have a sneak peek (above) and a giveaway (below). I'm releasing two NEW fun template sets on Friday. They are versatile and fun. Enter the giveaway, and I'll announce the winner on Friday's blog post.

Journal Card Inspired Templates are designed for traditional digital scrappers to put all those cute journal cards to good use in our pages. Drop in your own journal cards, or use the template layers to create your own.

Recyclables 43 and Recyclables 44 are collections of past freebies and challenge prizes. These have a lot of variety with big and small photos, geometric shapes, and lots of paper play.

Here is Tiffany's page with Journal Card Inspired Templates.

Christine used the house-themed template from Recyclables 43 to scrap her sunset view.

Katya made a double page spread with both Recyclables 43 and Recyclables 43 and Recyclables 44.

This template from Recyclables 43 worked perfectly for Amanda's cozy picture. And isn't that title perfect?

I just LOVE the photos Rebbecca took (she's an amazing photographer) and used on this page made with Journal Card Inspired Templates 1.

Polly Ellen made this gorgeous shabby chic looking page with Recyclables 44.

And here's the giveaway!

If there's a journal spot on a template, it usually depends on what the photos are. Sometimes I delete it, sometimes I fill it in with a card and sometimes I journal. LOL! I guess this isn't specific at all :)

Sometimes I use journaling spots but I usually delete the spot on templates and add my own text box towards the end.

I normally use the journaling spot on a template. Thanks for the chance!

I use the journal spot few times, I prefer to use my own text box. Thanks for the chance to win!

I will generally put my journaling in the journal spot, but it most likely won't fill the whole spot.

I'm most likely to delete it, or do just a tiny bit of journaling, as it's not really one of my strengths.

I usually use it. Thanks for the chance!!

I am trying to be better about using them - it kind of depends on the # of photos I am using. I've been known to substitute a photo for a journal spot.

Depends ~

Sometimes I'll use it, but sometimes I've moved things around and I don't need it.

I usually use it, at least to get my thoughts down. But I've been known to move it/resize it/delete it all together in favor of journaling elsewhere. If it's a big, multi-spread event, some pages don't even get journaling...

Depends... but I usually use it for something else.

I always journal on a page, so I may move it, but not delete.

Half the time I use the spot for journaling. Otherwise I may use it for a pic or a subtitle.

Depends on how many photos I have

It depends. More often than not, I delete it. Thank you for the chance to win!

It all depends on the pictures I'm scrapping. I usually at least add the date though, so I guess I still use it even if I don't actually "journal".

Sometimes I use the journal spot but sometimes not. It just depends. Lately I have just been more photo heavy and less words. I hope I don't regret that someday! Thanks so much!

Hmm... good question. I guess it completely depends on the situation and the photos. I do think I use the journalling spots more often than not though.
Thanks for the chance to win!
