This week's page pretty much includes every picture I took this week, which isn't really that many considering how many I usually take. It's been tough picking up that camera. Thank you all so much for the thoughts and prayers

Week 44 & 45 and why I've been silent....

You might notice that my Week 44 page is a little late and my Week 45 page isn't finished. Last week my sister lost her baby girl (the beginning of Week 45). She was due to have her on November 16th, but ended up in an emergency c-section due to placental abruption. It was one of the saddest moments of my life...and one of the hardest weeks. Not only did I lose a niece, but I also hate seeing my family in so much pain.

I hadn't done my Week 44 page the night before, and I just couldn't bring myself to scrap. I still can't bring myself to finish Week 45. I only took 4 photos, and I know I might want to add a picture of my niece, she was so beautiful and perfect. I'm going to wait and try to finish at the end of the year. How do you scrap during times like these?

Week 43: Moving Time!

It was finally moving time around here, and that's about all we did this week. Lots of first moments in our new house. I captured a few of them on my weekly page.

Journaling: This week was moving week. Aunt V, Josh & and Tiff, and Chris and Amanda helped us move. We had pizza with everyone after all the big stuff was moved. We continued unpacking the rest of the week. Boxes and stuff everywhere! It has been fun finding a place for everything.

Journaling: The kids are enjoying having the new kitten around, and apparently they’ve never seen a microwave.

First indoor fires.
First outdoor fires.
First leaf sledding.
