I'm looking for a few new team members! If you are a hybrid scrapbooker, I would love to give you a chance to be a part of my team. I'm looking for someone who can work with my cut files.
Here are the general requirements and perks.
This week's New Release is my Simple Life 2 Templates.
This is the 2nd in my Simple Life Collection for 2023. These have a simple, yet artsy feel to them. There are plenty of photo and journaling spots and some fun paper masks and original stamps and doodles. Use them as is or dress them up a bit with digital papers and elements.

Hello y’all! CTM
Robin here to bring you another GSO blog post, but this time we are doing it
MOC style! If you didn’t realize, The Lilypad is hosting an event called Month
of Challenges (MOC) and there are tons of people scrapping and adding layouts
to the their galleries. This month, I thought it would be fun to show you SOME of the plethora of pages which used Liz’s templates as a
jumpstart. In
order to complete all 31 challenges, one needs to scrap fast, and Liz’s
templates are a huge help! So here we
go, GSO blog post featuring MOC layouts:
Day 11 by ninigoesdigi:
Day 14 by breeoxd:
Day 15 by spcoggs:
Day 16 by Seattle Sheri:
Okay, that’s just a FEW of the ones I found in the gallery. I couldn’t possibly show you all of them, but you can hop on over to TLP and see the Scrapping with Liz gallery and get your creative juices going. Feel free to leave some love while you are there.
That’s it for me and I’ll see you next month for our regularly
scheduled GSO post 😊

Did you know that the Lilypad is celebrating 16 years this month? To help celebrate there's a 30% OFF storewide sale, awesome Free with Purchase, AND lots of fun and games going on in the forum.
I also have 3 new template packs that are also included in the 30% OFF sale. There's a new Artsy set, the first in my recap series for the year, and a new Little Pieces set. Check them out below!
Woohoo! My first 2 weeks of 2023 are done. I'm using my new Simple Life Templates and I love how these first few turned out and how easy and simple they were to put together. One of my goals was to keep these super simple so that I would have more time for some of my other scrapbooking projects. I also used Au Naturel by Micheline Lincoln to add a few elements/papers to my page.
Our first week was pretty exciting with my son winning 1st in his division at the USA Archery State Competition! We also are getting back into our normal school routine. It always takes a bit after having a break.
I realized I never made a cover page for my 2022 Album! My kids have been begging me to order it, and I needed to make a cover page before ordering. And now I can say that it's officially complete, and just for fun, I put together this video showing all the pages from my 2022 family album.
I used my Remember Templates and various kits from The Lilypad to create this album. Now to focus on my 2023 album.

Happy 2023!! Can y’all believe it’s the start to a new year? Have y’all been playing along with Month of Challenges at The Lilypad? I’m trying to complete as many layouts as I can, so I thought I’d show you one of my pages in this Step-by-Step blog post. When I saw Day 9’s challenge TravelRelated, I knew exactly what I wanted to do. We just took a trip to Port Aransas, and I wanted to start my album with the car ride down. First, because the requirement was one large photo, I searched for all the large photo templates in Liz’s store. I found one in the GrandMotif set which was perfect, so I clipped my photo to the photo spot:
Next, I knew that I needed to make the photo black and white since all the different colors in the photo were giving me a headache. I selected the photo and then clicked on gradient map>basic>black / white to get this look:
I realized I had to remove the bottom left cluster which hid my face, so I did that AND I added a cluster from Liz’s Edge Templates 3 set. I can’t tell you how much I love her edge clusters since they take away all the hard work and make it simple for me to create a great edge piece! This is what I ended up with after placing my cluster on my layout:
Finally, I got to play! I started by clipping some papers from Just Jaimee's Road Trip - Storyteller July 2018 add on kit to the banner like this:
Then I added my final papers, elements, and journaling. Because the challenge needed a journal card to meet the requirements, I tucked a small one as well into my top right cluster:
That’s it! One layout done and one MOC challenge completed in less than 30 minutes thanks to Liz’s GrandMotif & Edge Templates 3 sets. I hope you enjoyed this post and can’t wait to see you next month!
