Finally! After weeks of being behind I finally got caught up on my weekly pages last weekend. I'm going to share all my pages, but before I do I thought I would share a few tips on how to get caught up on those project life type pages.
1. Keep those photos organized! At the end of every week, I would make sure to get all my photos off my phone, DSLR and my hubby's phone. I would keep those photos organized by week. I knew that if I at least kept those photos organized it would be much easier to come back and get them scrapped.
2. Put your photos in the templates first. In most cases I was able to put those in at the end of the week, I just didn't have time to finish my page.
3. Add journaling. I did this before "decorating" my page because I knew once I got it done I would have more freedom to just go in and get that page done.
4. Keep the embellishments simple. I didn't spend a lot of time adding lots of extras. At this point in the game, I knew that if I didn't get caught up quickly I might never get caught up. Now that I'm caught up I can spend a bit more time on each of my current pages.
Would you like to see what I've been up to for the last 7 weeks? It's pretty much about my kids and homeschooling. It's what I do!
